The Headshot Event is the quick and easy way to update your headshot for your next marketing campaign, to add your smiling face to your email signature or business card, personalize social media profiles and websites, article bios, book jackets, speaking engagements, and so much more.

What should I expect at my appointment?

• Your private appointment is 20 minutes, and you will work directly with Chris Keeley.
• You may select a gray or white backdrop. Both are tried and true for a professional look. If you’re unsure, you will be assisted in your selection.
• You will be guided by simple posing cues to help you look and feel your best.
• You will select your headshot on screen, and you're done! 

What should I wear for my headshot?
Wear what best represents you. A simple top with one color tends to photograph best. A coat or scarf is a great finishing touch. The goal of any headshot is to showcase you. Your clothing should compliment your headshot and not take the viewer's attention away from you. 

How will I select my headshot? 
We'll create several looks to create just the right expression you want. You will then be guided through viewing and selecting your favorite headshot on screen. Make your selection, and your done! Your headshot will be lightly retouched and delivered within 2 business days to the email you supplied upon registering.

What if I like more than one? 
You know what's better than a great headshot? Variety. It’s great to use different headshots for different purposes. For example, a headshot with a smile and a headshot with a more serious look. Additional images are available from $95 each, or buy two get one free. 

Can I bring a friend or co-workers with me?
Sure! Book your sessions back-to-back and cheer each other on, or just bring a friend for moral support. Note that only one person will be photographed per time spot. If you would like your staff or team photographed, you may book an appointment for each individual or contact the studio to schedule your own headshot session (regular rates apply, starting at $85/person for groups of 10+). 

*What does retouching include?
Light retouching includes small blemish removal (e.g., a zit or scratch) and basic color adjustments. Advanced retouching is available as an add-on and includes wrinkle reduction, skin softening, and teeth whitening, and is available from $75/image upon request. You may request advanced retouching at your appointment. 

What resolution is my headshot?

Your headshot is supplied in a high resolution that will meet your needs for both digital and printed uses.
