Chris Keeley Photography is seeking to hire for a position that will lead the marketing and manage day-to-day needs of a professional photography studio primarily servicing weddings, families, and headshots. This employment provides an opportunity for growing an existing business through both time-tested and innovative marketing methods.

 Job Description

This Position Entails Two Domains

1. Marketing (approximately 80% of responsibilities)

The Hire will lead the design, implementation, and management of core marketing activities for Chris Keeley Photography. Tasks will include brainstorming, writing, and implementing email campaigns, social media marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and blogging. Hire will be responsible for managing social media content and nurturing social engagement and lead acquisition (Including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter).

2. Day-to-Day Studio Support (approximately 20% of responsibilities)

Typical tasks in the studio include tracking client workflow, managing client product orders, assisting with wall art installs, assisting on photo shoots, and keeping studio in clean, working order.

Schedule: 21 hours/week; hours negotiable

Pay: $20/hour, raise after 6 months; commission linked to initiatives after 1 year

Qualified candidates will have:

·      Five years or more marketing experience

·      Strong skills and experience in copywriting

·      Experience with email marketing, ideally Constant Contact

·      Knowledge of Search-Engine Optimization best practices

·      Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies

·      Experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads

·      Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
