Alexis & Derek’s Fall Wedding at Owl’s Nest Resort

There is nothing like a fall wedding in the white mountains of New Hampshire. Derek & Alexis held their celebration at Owl’s Nest Resort in Thornton, New Hampshire while there were still brilliant colors of fall foliage. True to New England, the day included everything from cold and windy, to a little rain, and even a little warmth of sunshine.

It was a pleasure to have their chocolate lab Wick join in for pictures early in the day, too. It was fun to see the little details around the reception as well, with a figure on the wedding cake and a few photos around the reception room of man’s best friend.

The speeches were some of the best we have ever seen, with truly heartfelt words balanced with personal stories that had the whole room roaring in laughter. If you want to get married at Owl’s Nest Resort, this is how you do it!
